2 ½ cups (310g) all-purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans. Dust them with flour or line the bottoms with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
